When do Everton play Liverpool next?

So, when is the Merseyside derby?

*The Merseyside Derby was due to take place at Goodison Park on December 7th 2024, at 12:30, however, due to Storm Daragh, this has been postponed with a rescheduled date to be confirmed.

This first meeting of the current campaign is at Goodison Park – home of Everton.

After this match, you’ll have to wait a while until the two Liverpudlian football clubs come together again in 2025.

They’ll meet next on April 2nd at Anfield to continue the longest running top-flight derby.

Where to watch Everton vs Liverpool

Now we’ve answered the frequently-asked query ‘when is the Merseyside derby?’, let’s answer the next big question on every football fan’s lips – where can you watch it?

Well, if you prefer to stay in for the big game, all the action can be streamed from TNT Sports 1 and TNT Sports Ultimate. Previously known as BT Sport, you can watch the Merseyside derby games from the comfort of your sofa if you’ve signed up to the television channel.

However, if you’re looking for the perfect place to enjoy an ice-cold pint (or stein!) of Pilsner while The Reds take on The Blues, then you’ve come to the right place.

The Bierkeller offers all this and more across several UK venues, including our Liverpool location.

Within our stein-clinking Liverpool location, you’ll find three fun-packed bars. This includes an immersive Shooters Rack ‘n’ Roll bar which comes fully equipped with entertaining bar games, ice-cold biers, and plenty of atmosphere to rival that of Anfield.

More importantly, it features a huge projector screen alongside a number of high-quality TV screens to make sure you don’t miss a moment of the Merseyside derby. To whet your appetite for football action, there’s a wide range of drinks to explore, too.

From steins of haus bier, cider, or a classic cocktail of your choice to shots of sour schnapps or Jager, you can celebrate the night away or drown your sorrows – depending on which team you support!

For the April Merseyside derby, there’s also a beautiful outdoor biergarten which allows you to catch the game as well as some springtime sun at the same time.

So, why not bring your pals and watch the Merseyside derby in comfort with good company?
