DO I HAVE TO BOOK THROUGH A PACKAGE?

On a Friday and Saturday night it is essential to book through a package. We offer three different priced packages that all guarantee; seating, waitress service, free cloakroom and entry to the Oompah bands performance. We are often fully booked 2-3 weeks in advance so booking as early as possible is advised. Around Christmas time we may be fully booked, as far as two months in advance.

Sunday to Thursday you do not have to book through a package but there may be a charge for any events we have running.

WHAT ARE THE PACKAGES?

The Packages are as follows:

  • Gold Package - £20 per person. Best Seats Available, Waitress Service, Stein of Haus Bier/Cider/Cocktail, Bavarian Sausage Meal, Warm Pretzel and Cloakroom.
  • Silver Package - £15 per person. Prime Location seating, Waitress Service, Stein of Haus Bier/Cider/Cocktail, Warm Pretzel and Cloakroom.
  • Bronze Package - £10 per person. Guaranteed seating, Waitress Service, Warm Pretzel, Shot and Cloakroom.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Yes, to confirm a booking you have to pay a 20% deposit. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to your booking. If you book within 2 weeks of your booking the full amount will be due upfront. For bookings during the Christmas period we may ask for full payment even further in advance.

CAN YOU ADD PEOPLE TO YOUR BOOKING?

Yes, subject to availability you may add people to your booking. Full payment will be required if your booking date is less than 2 weeks away.

CAN YOU REMOVE PEOPLE FROM YOUR BOOKING?

If a member of your group cancels you must give us at least 7 days notice to receive a 50% refund of the ticket price put behind the bar, this allows us the opportunity to resell the seats. If the entire group cancels you will not receive a refund.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BOOK FOR? IS THERE A MINIMUM/MAXIMUM?

There are no restrictions on minimum and maximum bookings. Large bookings are subject to availability.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE BOOKINGS?

We offer a 10% discount for bookings of 30 people or more except during the Christmas period.

WHAT TIME CAN I BOOK FOR?

Booking times are subject to location and availability but we take bookings between 7pm and 8:45pm for our Friday and Saturday Oompah band performances.

WHAT ARE YOUR CLOSING TIMES?

We do not have set closing times as they are dependent on trade. Fridays and Saturdays we close between 2am and 3am.

CAN I ORDER FOOD ON THE NIGHT?

Sunday to Thursday you may order food at anytime during your visit up until 9pm. On Friday and Saturday nights we allow the ordering of food from the menu with our party packages as long as your party is booked in before 8:15pm. Booking our party package including food offers better value for money so we do advise doing that if you wish to eat.

DO YOU JUST SERVE BEER?

No, we serve a wide range of soft drinks, spirits, wines and cocktails as well as a variety of beers and cider.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

The dress code is smart casual. If you are wearing any sportswear, hooded tops or hats you will be refused entry.

WHAT TIME DO YOU SERVE FOOD TO?

We serve food from when we open until 9pm.

WHAT IS THE LATEST TIME THAT YOU CAN BOOK FOR?

Sunday to Thursday we do not have any time restrictions on bookings. Friday and Saturday nights the latest time for bookings is 8:45pm as we like to have all bookings seated before the band starts at 9pm.

WHAT ARE THE TABLE TOP KEGS OPTIONS?

The table top kegs are currently £34.95 which gets you 5 Litres of beer. The beer is Paulaner.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU TURN UP LATE FOR YOUR BOOKING?

You are required to be in your seat(s) by the stated ‘seating time’, if you are running late you must let us know. Should one or more of your party not arrive on time, the Management reserve the right to release your seat(s) for re-sale; you will be refunded 50% of any seats released.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE FULL PAYMENT TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING?

Full payment for the booking is due 2 weeks prior to the event, failure to make payment before this date will result in the loss of your table and your deposit. The Bierkeller Entertainment Complex do not store your personal information or card details, it is therefore your responsibility to contact us and ensure that payment is made on time.

WHAT ARE THE HOUSE RULES?

House rules apply to all bookings. Management reserve the right to refuse entry. A booking does not guarantee entry to the venue, if the door staff believe an individual to be heavily under the influence or acting in an unacceptable manner before entering the premises they will be refused entry. If the mix of females and males in the group as stated when placing the booking is not met, the booking might be refused. Once inside the venue please adhere to the rules, failure to comply will result in the ejection of the individual or the entire group with no refund. Guests must be 18 years or older, and proof of age may be required; the Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
