The role
We’re looking for a part-time (3 days a week) Graphic Designer. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will be responsible for supporting our marketing and sales team across digital and print design.
This is mainly a remote role so candidates can expect to work from home most of the time, with occasional travel to visit sites or have meetings face-to-face, typically travel would be expected around 1-2 times a month. As this is a part time role, we will aim for consistency week to week with your work days (i.e working the same 3 days each week generally, with some room for flexibility), which days depends on the candidates preference. Responsibilities
- Designing POS material such as menus and table talkers
- Designing on-site promotional materials such as posters, murals, vinyls
- Executing graphic design requests from sales and marketing team members
- Designing merch for activations and giveaways
- Creating digital designs for marketing such as social media, digital screens, CRM campaigns
- Creating concepts for large multi-site activations such as Christmas, St Paddy’s, Oktoberfest
What we’re looking for
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years experience in a design role
- Passion for the hospitality industry (from a customer perspective)
- Experience producing design work for print is essential
- Comfortable working from briefs
- Attention to detail, especially when proofing your work
