Bookings

– No payment made is refundable please ensure you are happy with the terms before booking. If you wish to amend your booking, please get in touch at least 48 hours prior to your original booking time and we will transfer your booking to an alternative date. Unfortunately, we cannot amend dates if you miss the 48 hour period.

 

**If for any reason the venue cannot open due to government guidelines relating to COVID-19 you and your party are entitled to a full refund. Alternatively our team will happily work to transfer your booking to a new date **

 

– If one of your group cancels, no money will be refunded, however the balance will be available on the day of your booking. If any member of your party tests positive and can provide a positive test result they will be eligible to have their balance and their balance only refunded.

 

– If you are late your table will be given away unless you successfully notify the management team on the day. If your table is no longer available and there are no other areas free, you might be asked to join the queue until an area becomes available.

 

– The management team reserves the right to refuse entry/service or cancel your booking at any time should you break any venue rules.

 

– Your table might be booked by other guests after your time slot, if this is the case, we will kindly ask you to vacate the table and if we have alternative areas available, the team will be happy to assist with relocating your group.
