Oh, sorry you said ‘Who’s Jonny’?

Jonny is The Bierkeller’s Head Chef. He’s been around for a while, cooking up brats and tossing wings since 2016.

In January 2024, he came to us to share the development he’d been doing for a mix-and-match sliders concept he called ‘Jonny’s Big Buns’, and we were blown away – these little sliders pack a punch! Small buns, BIG flavour. We knew our customers would love them, so we agreed with Jonny to get his big buns served through The Bierkeller kitchen.

Why did he call these little sliders ‘big buns’? We’re not sure either…
